        @SusanDelacourt Here's a curious thing: on your phone (it doesn't seem to appear on desktop) start "reporting" the account for, say, targeted harassment. (You can back out before you actually submit.) You'll see a bunch of tweets that *really* don't belong in an official communication channel.

    @SusanDelacourt My guess is that the account was previously registered to harass someone, the person in charge of it now just deleted the old tweets, and a Twitter bug is showing them. Either way, not an auspicious start.
