I was trying (unsuccessfully) to be funny... had the remaining portions of BRT not gone through though, or if they'd changed beyond recognition as some wanted, the resumption of TPAP (after a delay requested by the city re BRT) *would* be moot, wouldn't it?Permalink On twitter.com
