    @SMountjoyPepka Here's some more for you: Jamie Salé and (London's own & her now-husband) Craig Simpson were the first champions on Battle of the Blades, a figure skating reality show where pairs of hockey players and figure skaters compete in figure skating routines.

      I retroactively disavow any support I may have given to JS. (CS seems to still be sane, which probably explains the last sentence in the "personal life" section of his Wikipedia page.)

      @SMountjoyPepka David Pelletier won BotB two years later with Tessa Bonhomme, the first female hockey player on the show. (They did not go on to get married.) And all of the above have won Olympic gold, because 🇨🇦. 🙂
