  1. As well as this car completely illegally parked on @DundasPlace, I've watched three separate vehicles drive right through the "barriers" and straight down Dundas for several blocks. Need the Commissionaires (or, better, @lpsmediaoffice) to ensure pedestrians are safe! #ldnont

      Perhaps of interest to @Downtown_London too. (I also had a vehicle turn around to drive toward me at one of the barriers in the Richmond-Clarence block on my return trip.)
