As there is on Waterloo Street near Central, Dufferin Avenue has a carve-out in the 40km/h "pedestrian safety zone" which allows 50 km/h traffic around Victoria Park. It restarts (coincidentally I'm sure) across from #ldnont City Hall. (Bonus: the worn-out bike sharrow.)On twitter.com
