@MWMacKenzie @RebeccaZandberg Start uses Rogers services in many places, often for "last mile" connections, so being on Start doesn't mean you'll be unaffected. (My building is wired by Rogers but I have internet through Start, and it's down. Fortunately my phone service is through yet another provider.)
