      @simonw I'll see if I can track it down. Best bet at the moment is the version of python3-boto3 that was installed as a dependency of certbot.

    @simonw I removed a bunch of rpms and reran pip install after each; the last one I removed before it worked was python3-click. Full list: awscli, python3-boto3, python3-boto, python3-s3transfer, python3-click, python3-click-didyoumean, python3-click-plugins, python3-click-repl
