@KathyNavackas If I were doing programs in the future I think I'd put the basics (cast/crew names) on plain paper and a more detailed (but only HTML/CSS) webpage online, then look at my web traffic logs to see how many hits the detail page got and determine if it's worth having both.

@KathyNavackas That said, I loved the white-on-black printed programs I did for White Rabbit Red Rabbit, even though I had to hand-colour the red rabbit on every single one. Would definitely do paper if I were doing big commercial shows with lots of sponsors/advertisers. Never QR only though.

@KathyNavackas For TiL I appreciate having the detail online for shows I can't get to, but I know that's a special case. A PDF of the printed program should be table stakes for those providing them; good archiving practice too.
