    @WSIB_Paralegal @CBCLondon The horn blew loudly and for a long time, from somewhere between Wellington and Waterloo (possibly earlier) so a bylaw definitely wasn't a concern. The train wasn't doing 70mph, but it wasn't inching along either. (My office overlooks the tracks between Waterloo and Colborne.)
